TaskRight is operated by 800 Business L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect through taskright.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who to contact
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information, and nothing else on this website.
- What you give us. If you register interest as a service provider, we collect the details you type into that form — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you offer and the area you work in.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which record things such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies set by Google.
We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, payment card details, identity documents, or any special categories of personal data.
Why we use it
- To contact you about joining TaskRight as a verified provider, and to answer questions you send us.
- To verify the businesses that apply, so the RightPro badge means something.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other providers or with advertisers.
Where your information goes
Registration details submitted through this website are transmitted to and stored using Google services. Website analytics are processed by Google. Both may involve storage on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
We may also share information where we are legally required to, or with service providers who help us operate the platform and who are only permitted to use it on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep provider registration details for as long as we are considering or maintaining a relationship with that business, and afterwards only where we need to for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own retention settings. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Cookies
This website sets cookies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for the measurement purposes described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. We are currently reviewing our approach to cookie consent and will update this section when that review concludes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email partners@taskright.ae and we will action it. If you are in a country with specific data protection rights — such as the UK, EU, Canada or Australia — those rights apply and we will honour them.
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. One click is enough.
Other websites
This site links to our national marketplaces, to WhatsApp and to our social media profiles. Once you follow those links, the privacy policy of that service applies rather than this one.
