These terms apply when you use taskright.com or register your business with TaskRight. TaskRight is operated by 800 Business L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website you accept these terms.
What this website is
This website introduces TaskRight and lets home service businesses register their interest in joining. Our national marketplaces operate on separate websites. TaskRight connects homeowners with service providers — we are not the provider of the services themselves, and we are not a party to the agreement between a homeowner and the business they hire.
Registering as a provider
- You must give accurate information about your business, and keep it accurate.
- You must be legally entitled to offer the services you list in the places you list them, including holding any licence or insurance your local law requires.
- Registering is not acceptance. We review every application and may decline or remove any business, at our discretion, including where information proves inaccurate or where conduct falls short of what customers should expect.
The RightPro badge
RightPro is our verification mark. It is earned, not bought — it cannot be purchased, and paying us does not grant it. We may withdraw it if a business no longer meets the standard.
Fees
Where a paid subscription applies, the price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you are asked to pay, and are confirmed to you in writing. We do not take a commission on work you win. You may cancel a subscription in your account at any time; cancelling stops future renewals and does not create a right to a refund of a period already paid, except where the law says otherwise.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that you will receive a particular number of enquiries, that any enquiry will convert into paid work, or that the website will be available without interruption. Information on this website is provided in good faith and may change.
Your responsibilities
- Do not use this website unlawfully, or to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or to scrape, copy or resell content or data from them.
- Do not impersonate another business or person.
Our content
The TaskRight name, the RightPro mark, our logos, text, design and code belong to 800 Business L.L.C-FZ and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Content you submit remains yours; by submitting it you allow us to use it to operate and promote the platform.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, or for any dispute, loss or damage arising between a homeowner and a service provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
